He started his career in law enforcement in 1988. Ernest is a co-founder of Highlands Auction Company, LLC. He was born and raised in Bristol, Va. He spent a majority of his childhood on his family's farm in Washington County, Va where he currently resides with his family. He is a born again Christian.
