Labraaten Bus Company is ran under the same management as ACC Midwest Transportation which has been providing safe and reliable transportation since January of 2012.

ACC Midwest Transportation and Labraaten Bus Company is always accepting applications and resumes. Part time and full time positions are readily available. Please fax or email your resume to accmidwest@gmail.com. Applicants with CDL and school bus endorsement are highly wanted. We are willing to train the right candidate who would enjoy driving as a special transportation service driver and as a school bus driver.

Amazing people.. the staff that work hard to deal with insurance and the drivers that worked through covid making sure that we who need transportation can make it to our appointments... they are so sweet and even make it comfortable for my service dog.. thank you guys for being there for all of us that depend on you..

Duluth MN 6 month period:
They've been late twice.
On a return ride I called for my ride and driver didn't know if they could come get me?? Dispatch didn't know what to tell me she said.
Lateness? They do not care.period.
A no call no show today at 6:45 a.m...A dispatcher finally decided to show up and call me after 8.. because it's apparently not a priority to have anyone on call when they start picking up people... because they're too small of a company for that I was told!!!
(Repeated ACTIONS indicate customers priority status..but the verbal excuses finish that confirmation!!)

Amazing company. They are very busy, and still take the time to care for each and every client. Very professional and kind people working for this company. They recently started up in Duluth and beat every transportation company in the area! 10/10 would recommend.

We use a variety of transfer companies and this is the only company that is consistently late. They also do not apologize for being late and never give a reason, or an update if they are running late. I was given one of the owners phone numbers when they first added drivers in Duluth and still haven’t received a call back when I left a complaint about 2 rides in a row over 30 minutes late in the same day.

This company is based in Hutchinson MN and recently branched up north to the Duluth area. I’ve heard and experienced amazing things from this company. They’re the best medical transportation company in the area, and truly care about the clients. I’d recommend them to anyone who needs this service.

It’s very unprofessional when I call and they never say goodbye or anything, just click they hang up. Definitely need to work on the customer service aspect. If I could leave zero stars I would. I’ve also been cut off numerous times by the buses and vans. There are children in there!! I’m ashamed that my child has to ride their bus. The charter school and Montessori should have went with Hutchinson bus lines.
