Good luck trying to get her to communicate with you on your bill. I have emailed her numerous times asking for an explanation of why my policy nearly doubled and all she can send me back are one-line answers. It is like pulling teeth! On the flip side, when I asked for coverage, she sent me back forms to sign without offering alternative amounts… of coverage or asking me any questions. The response is pretty much that it is what it is and that you should just trust her.

I was reluctant to switch over my car insurance to the same company as my new homeowners. It seemed like it might be too much work and who’s got time to make all the calls. Working with Sara has been nothing but easy. Unfortunately my husband and I both had car trouble during the same week and Sara was able to get it handled. We currently live out of town and she was able to have everything handled over the in the same day. It has been great to have Sara handle all of our insurance needs. Well where do I began...charming, efficient, a friend, business colleague, but most important ....someone who gives me peace of mind that I will be taken care of if the occasion arises. They say a service business is judged on the quality of their service. I give Sara a ten for service. She is knowledgeable, honest, prompt, and gives excellent advice. Anyone can buy insurance on-line, but what happens when you have a claim? How will the service be? With Sara, I know I will have an advocate when I have a claim. That is a good feeling. I was not expecting much when Sara offered to give me a quote on my auto policy since I had just renewed it with another agency, and my rate had been nearly doubled due to a minor fender bender. You can imagine my surprise when Sara called me with a rate that saved me $1,200.00 per year!!! I could not believe it and was certainly surprised and in shock to say the least.
