Hired Ashton Johnson for a master bath remodel. He subcontracted out the tile work, did not follow up on any of the work. Installed cracked and chipped tile, schulter installed incorrectly, missing grout and cracking in places. He charges above prices for labor and is ugly to customers who question the subpar work. Ive had to hire another tile company to come in to repair and correct the work in my shower. Also to complete the job he left in a mess!! Ive never dealt with such an incompetent company who has no regard for taking money from a customer for bad work and blaming the customer for not

I found Ashton to be lazy, sloppy and constantly cutting corners. He doesn't show up half the time or return calls or texts but he sure wants his money. He never had a plumber do any of the water fixtures and everything was installed incorrectly. The tub faucet fell off on day 1, none of the vanities were sealed, he left all his garbage behind. There was no clean up. Would never hire again and would not even dare ask him to come fix his mistakes. He clearly doesn't know what he's doing. I just hired a professional to follow him to do everything correctly. Stay away!

I am SO IMPRESSED with Ashton and his team at Superior Surfaces once again!! He installed all of the floors in our house 5 years ago and is back to remodel our bathrooms and im blown away with how clean they left our house today after tearing our bathrooms out! I cant wait to see the end result...i know they will do AMAZING!
