Just purchased 2015 Road Glide from RVHD very happy with my new bike all staff was very helpful and knowledgeable there was some horse play around my bike and it got hit with a tape measure which I thought was a bit unprofessional there didn't appear to be any damage to the bike so all is good I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a Harley Davidson

We owned a 1988 Harley Heritage Soft Tail and being in our late sixties wanted something with a little more comfort. We decided on a new trike and saw one on the Roanoke dealership website in snake venom green. We went to look at it and it was love at first sight. Our salesman James Jones was very professional and answered all of our questions. We have been back to the store several times to purchase merchandise and after market lights. All of the staff there are very helpful they have a good working relationship with one another and it shows. I have a feeling this is not the last they have seen

Took my new to me 2016 fxdl in for a inspection I knew I needed tires Lary set me up with a new set while they where changing them they noticed I needed a wheel bearing changed it out to I came in sat October 30th without a appointment and they got me took care off and out the door in a few hours everyone there treats you like a family member Lary Jeff Doug Tina Foutz the guys in parts Travis always go above and beyond to help me get whatever I need for my last three Harleys I've brought in to rvhd ”

Just spent some time with Kim and the girl's in clothing and also Travis in parts asking both of them a lot of questions about different things and ideas I have. Both were extremely patient with me and very thorough in their explanations so I would understand their answers. Not long ago Travis helped me invent a part that didn't exist and I only spent $6.00 but he treated me as if I was spending $600.00.

I was very impressed with the Harley store in general, from Jeff, to the woman who helped with apparel to the guys in the parts department. Jeff spent lots of time with my wife and me and answered all our questions. We only bought a bike cover (for a non-Harley, I might add) but you guys made us feel just as important as someone who was buying a $20,000 Road King (which we may do at some point). Cool store. Excellent customer service. We'll be back. ”

"Jeff is a great asset to the dealership due to his knowledge of products and his customers. Friendly and easy to work with. Travis has always helped me find and price parts for my bikes. knows his parts and very customer friendly. Was surprised that Ryan is doing F&I. He is easy going and did a great job on my last bike purchase. Zach is full of energy and friendly with customers. No reason to go to any other Harley Dealer when you have a team like this. "
