Cavitation destroys fat cells by using low frequency sound waves. Don't bother. This business is being run poorly. I'm sitting here past my appointment time to a no-show from the owner. When I came up another customer told me she's been waiting past her appointment time which was a half hour prior to mine (which doesn't make sense as we were both getting the same one hour service). I called Jennifer to get no answer. Her voicemail says she's with a customer, but I'm staring at her empty room. I received a confirmation text and email, but no communication for a cancellation. I give Jennifer 5 stars and if I could I would give her more!!! She is amazing and her prices are reasonable. She is the best I have ever had. I been going with her for a while now, I have bought Body sculpting treatments and I love it!!! I have read all those bad reviews, in my option everyone has a life outside of work and anything can come up and anytime! She has never done me wrong always on time and has never cancel. She did recently had an emergency situation and didn't show up or cancel but I brushed it off and waited for her to get back to me whenever she did! That don't make

I finally get an update from Jennifer as seen below. I updated the star to 2 stars since at least there was a legitimate reason for her not to show up but it's been 5 days since I heard from her and a simple text or email would have been appreciated. I guess my tip for other customers is to get a text confirmation the morning of the appointment before heading in.

I purchased the 6 sessions on Groupon with Jennifer and was only able to do 4. At first, I got along with Jennifer and really appreciated the work she has done since the body sculpting was working for me.
However, she did not show up to 2 of my scheduled sessions. The first incident was because she was sick but she didn't inform anyone so I had shown up and she was not there. I'm so upset, I purchased thru Groupon only to show up to my 1st appointment a month after purchasing and not be able to find them. I would have appreciated when I sent my first email to the company for a heads up that they're located inside the mall and a little bit of direction to which way to go obviously I'm not an idiot so I did walk over to the mall directory where the name of the salon was nowhere on the directory I wasted my time and gas to get here and now I won't be able to get a full refund because it's over the three days so now I have to get credit through

Honestly, if I could leave 0 stars I would. She is extremely unprofessional and her communication is subpar. I booked 6 sessions online with her and received confirmation emails for each session. I also received a reminder for my appt the night prior. I arrived 25 mins early to my appointment and she wasn't there - which is understandable since I was early. I waited until 30 minutes after my appointment time and she still didn't show up. I called her several times and I texted her asking if she was coming and she told me "No". I was extremely confused and didn't understand
