Services
Luxury includes free delivery & pick-up (within local delivery area) as well as a one time set up per site survey or client diagram. Rates are accurate at time of printing, however to ensure the most accurate rate please call. Rental fees are based on a 3 day rental, day of set up/ delivery, day of event, & day of pick up.

Chris and Crystal Coast Events has provided us with the tents and lighting for our annual Sarah James Fulcher Redfish Tournament for the past two years (2020-2021). Each year, I have been impressed with their services. Chris is always on time, and, as an owner operator, is as responsive and transparent as one can be. Even with the labor shortages during the pandemic, Chris still delivered on a seriously difficult and expansive tent reservation, in a hot climate, providing accommodations over 1600 people. I couldn’t recommend anyone more. This guy represents what it means to be an entrepreneur

Chris and his team were amazing! They were able to turn a beach motel into a gorgeous wedding! They provided not one, but two pole tents, all the tables, chairs, flatware, dishes, and glasses for our rehearsal dinner and wedding.
Throughout the wedding planning process, he was responsive and able to make changes on our order quickly. He was able to make suggestions, come out to the site on multiple occasions to make sure everything would be perfect. The most unprofessional company that I have worked with in my 35 years of event planning from Conventions, Private Country Clubs, and all outside special events. Never showed up to a committed meeting and was last minute setup for an event. Chris did not take any responsibility for his lack of communication to coordinate the setting up of the tents and was extremely rude on site. I would NEVER recommend this company to any individual planning a special event.

Chris was an absolute pleasure to work with on coordinating everything for a wedding this past weekend. He was always quick to respond to emails and answered any questions we had about the set up. We used them for the tent, arbor, tables, chairs, linens, plates, glasses, and we used their Costal Petals service for the flowers. Everything turned out lovely and I would absolutely use this business for any large events in the future.

We were very happy that we went with Crystal Coast Tent and Event Rentals. The coordinators I emailed with were very helpful and clear, which can sometimes be tricky over email. They didn’t try to get us to rent stuff we didn’t need, and were flexible in adjusting the contract (a lot) as our needs changed throughout the wedding planning process. Also, they coordinated well with our venue behind the scenes to make sure they were providing what the venue didn't already have, so we'd have what we needed day-of. We rented some of our tables and ceremony chairs through them, and also rented linens

Our experience was negative and created a bad taste in our mouths. We were disappointed by the extra charges added to our bill for services--for errors they made with placing chairs and the awning in the incorrect places for our wedding. They charged us for the extra time required to move the items even after acknowledging they did NOT follow the plans given by our planner. Beyond disappointing.
