He did not complete what he promised to do for my computer and still charged me the full amount. I do not recommend anyone take their computer to GEFNET. And Greg Fultz, you told me you would put Windows 10 on the computer with no ifs ands or buts. You never told me that Windows 10 may not work on the computer. Never. You told me Windows 7 was not going to be supported after January 14, and it will become more and more unstable. You should not have tuned up the computer at all if the computer was not going to work well. So if no Windows 10, no point in tuning the computer.
