Be cautious. Robert made a revocable trust for me and I needed to make changes. Had a few questions. Denise and the other person who answers the phone, rudely kept saying, "you need to make an appointment the fee is $250." If that is the case, it is cheaper to create a new trust than to update the original. I am glad this happened now that I can create a new trust with a reputable attorney.

The Law Offices of Robert E Hales has handled my mother's trust since 1998. I became involved with them in 2019 when my elderly mother needed my assistance with her trust and then after her passing in 2020. Mr. Scott Hales was both compassionate and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions thoroughly, was a great listener, and gave extremely sound advice. He provided options and potential consequences to our decisions, but ultimately, gave us the room to make decisions. Once decisions were made, he was extremely responsive in providing the documents we needed to update the trust. Under the circumstances, we couldn't have asked for better legal representation.

Avoid this law office! My great grandfather recently passed away and after going through old/outdated documents I saw paperwork from this law office that listed Robert Hale as successor trustee of my great grandfather’s trust if my grandfather (my great grandfather’s son) was no longer alive. Talk about a conflict of interest??? How can you list YOURSELF as a successor trustee before other living family members? This was done unbeknownst to my great grandfather. Extremely questionable and unethical behavior. Thankfully, we noticed this and amended the trust years ago and moved our family’s
