Total Property Care, Inc. is a family owned business. In 1997, Brad started the company providing professional lawn care and tractor services to the Mid Coast Maine area. Nearly twenty years later, the business has evolved into a company that provides full landscape installation and property maintenance, as well as snow services in the winter months to both residential and commercial customers in the Mid Coast Maine area and has a skilled team of landscape professionals to perform this work.

We will customize a lawn maintenance schedule for your site based on turf growth rate and climate conditions. Our experienced crew employs the most efficient, state of the art, commercial grade equipment to ensure quality results, dependability, & safety. We have both the experience & the right equipment to properly install any hardscape.
We offer high efficiency bark mulch blowing to both homes and businesses throughout Mid Coast Maine. Our 10 cubic yard Finn Bark Mulch Blowing Truck can handle any size project, large or small for your home or business. Traditional methods of spreading mulch with wheelbarrows, shovels, and pitchforks can be very messy.

We will power rake, blow, and clean all turf areas of natural leaf litter, twigs, and branches and winter sand to keep you property looking great in all seasons. In the fall we offer state of the art effective leaf removal in the fall. We are equipped with leaf vacuum systems that suck the leaves and fall debris from lawn and blow them into our trucks and trailers, ready for removal.

They plowed my vacation home in Searsport for over 7 years, this being their final. In the initial plow for the season, the driver dug deep tire tracks on many areas of my lawn (abutting my driveway)! Because I waited to long to mention it, the owner simply denied responsibility.
I’m taking his company to small claims court over principle. Incredibly unprofessional.
