The staff is very friendly and helpful, the doctor answered all my questions and was very informative. He is great with kids because he takes an interest in them.~ I've only had one appointment, but everyone was super nice and made me feel really comfortable. I felt like it was like being part of a family.~

He helped me through the time with my braces. He and his staff always greeted you with your name and “How are you doing?” Their checkin system was not flawless, but nice and easy to use. The clientele was skewed to the 6 to 12 year old but the staff still treated its older clients (me included) nicely. My aunt and uncle were even able to sit in on my debanding.
