Teal and his son came the same day I called. They drove an hour out of their way to get to me. They were quick, competent and honest. They diagnosed the problem within minutes and repaired just as quickly. I thought my pump may have needed replacement ($$$), but it was just an inexpensive pressure gauge. No over-selling from this crew. I could ask for no more from service professionals. Thank you.

Shawn came out and serviced us after hours on a Saturday because we had freezing damage to our well. He came over as soon as he could in the dark with his headlight and tools and fixed us up in the below freezing COLD. I can't say enough about how amazing the service was. He even offered expert advice after the repair to help my wife and I moving forward. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this company to anyone with a well.

Great service and a timely repair. I would recommend them to everyone. Came out on a Sunday afternoon after we lost all water in our house. Found the problem to be a bad switch on our pressure tank. We were back up and running within an hour of them showing up.

TW Stanley was able to replace my well pump when I called with a last minute issue. Luckily they were able to fit me in their schedule that same day. They came to my house, were very professional and overly kind. He explained to me what was going on and what his plan was to fix it, and did a great job in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to call them with any other issues in the future. They used high quality products so I know the work they did will last. I would definitely recommend using them if you are in need of any services they provide.

We lost water at my elderly Mother's' house over the weekend. We called another 24/7 plumbing company. They came out quick enough but diagnosed our problem as a bad in-well pump. Quoted us a price of $3100, but it would be a few days before they get out here to replace the pump. I felt a little uneasy about that price, and decided to google search out some other companies. Called T.W. Stanley & Son. Mr Stanley quoted me a price about $400 cheaper, and offered to come that same day (Sunday) to replace our pump. My Grandmother needed an above ground well pump to be replaced. Mr. Stanley came to our house with Trey, Erin, and JR to replace it with a submersible well pump. They worked tirelessly to get everything installed and we are glad to recommend them to anyone that wants quality service for a reasonable price! At first we just had water coming all around our Well Head and were waiting for a different local recommended company for an opening to come out and provide an estimate for the repair. Since we still had water to our house, I figured we had some time to wait.
Then our Well Pump stopped working completely and couldn't wait for the other company to come out. I don't blame them because they were busy working on other jobs.
So we went online and found TW Stanley had great reviews and decided to give them a call. I really didn't expect them to come out the same day, but they did.

Called Teal on Friday when well stopped working. He was at my house in the snow and rain within hours diagnosing the issue and providing me with options for repair. He quickly repaired/replaced issues with my well pump and I could not be more pleased. Teal and son is a great company and is the only company that will work on my well going forward.
