I got a knock on my door from JP, asking if I was interested in having my cracked windshield replaced, covered by my insurance. I explained that I had requested my insurance to replace it not long before and the company they sent only put in some liquid in the crack. JP assured me that they'd be able to replace it. He kept me informed of the order of the windshield, the appointment date, and was overall very attentive until the job was completed.
The actual manual job was done very quickly, too.
I'd highly recommend their services. Very efficient.

Michael was very helpful when I called to inquire whether they performed repair services. Even though I was not likely to be a customer of theirs, he took the time to inform me about the services Bond does provide and recommended me a local shop that would be able to help with the chip in my windshield. Helping someone to the best of your ability despite it being unlikely that you will make money off of them says a lot about the kind of business that's being run.

They did an amazing job. Took a while to have it done as ordered windshields would arrive cracked or otherwise not up to their standards and they kept ordering till the got one that was just right. Very impressed with the job and knowledge of the crew.

While waiting for my car at Family Auto Wash, a representative from Bond Auto Glass approached me about a small crack on my windshield. He told me that under Florida law auto insurance companies must pay the full cost of windshield replacement without a deductible. Sounds good to me. He then scheduled the replacement for the following morning. The two gentlemen who showed up were courteous and told me it would take about 20 minutes to finish the job. True to their word, they were done in 20 minutes. So far so good. Today I received an email from my auto insurance company stating that Bond

What a great experience. From the 1st phone call all the way to the installation. Very easy process in filing the request. Everything was done by cell phone. Appointment was made to my schedule which was at my house. Was given a window for the service and they showed up as promised. Even called to inform me they were on their way.

Everyone at Bond Auto Glass is great! Troy helped me deal with me insurance company and made the whole process easy. Randy and Blanco replaced my windshield and were fast but thorough. Randy was very patient with all of my questions. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and easy the whole process was. The windshield they installed has a lifetime warranty. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Our windshield needed to be replaced, and I could not have been happier with the service we received from Bond Auto Glass. The person I interacted with first, Wyatt, was knowledgeable and friendly. The communication about my appointment was above and beyond, including a text from the tech that they were 20 minutes away. The techs, Frankie & Alfredo, were super courteous and professional. The first windshield had some scratches on it, which they noticed and immediately made arrangements to bring a new one. Superb customer service and quality!
