Very disappointed in the lack of communication. I made myself clear when I went in there that I wanted no more than one hour of setup time at $100 an hour. Over a week later I finally hear back from them and they tell me they are going to "pass" on the job. If 1 hour wasn't enough time to design a shirt then they should have just said that instead of wasting my time. I will gladly take my money for 30 plus shirts and spend it elsewhere. What a joke. In my opinion communication is better than a bad reputation. They have missed out on a great ongoing account. Instead I'll be sharing this experience

I am a local pet sitter and found Myatt’s after a quick google search for local screen printer. I needed some shirts and jackets made, also a hat, and Lynn went above and beyond to make sure they came out great! He double checked everything until everything came out perfect which I really appreciated. The clothing is soft and comfortable and the design and logo came out great. I definitely recommend them & will use them in the future for my business needs.

They did a great job with our shirt and jacket order. They customized our logo and did a wonderful job with the screen print and stitching. They sent over a proof for approval before they started the order. One of the shirts came from the manufacturer with a hole in it, and Myatts fixed it free of charge! Great customer experience! Friendly staff, they helped me with my boxes out to my car.

We had some softball sweatshirts we got through our local league screen printed with the girls last names on the back. Everybody I dealt with here was wonderful, their customer service was great, they even accommodated running a backordered shirt, once we got it I called them to turn on their machine and it literally took 5 min to finish the shirt once I arrived at the store. They looked great and the team loved them.

I wanted to add additional lettering to a hat that was already embroidered, as a birthday gift for my husband. Went to another place in town first, and was just rudely told they couldn't do that. Found Myatts, and he told me WHY it couldn't be done, but then also showed me other options to get the results I wanted. The hat looks fantastic, the price was great, and my husband loved it! Thanks!

Thank you to everyone at Myatts for saving the day!!! When another local business failed to embroidery our employee coats, the staff of Myatts stepped in and got them done in time for Christmas. Our employees spend a lot of time outside in the cold so the gift of coats for work means a little more to them than it might for other businesses. You are all amazing and we appreciate you!! We are life long customers, will never go anywhere else!!!
