Ware's Auto Body, Inc is a family owned and operated business, serving Hermiston and surrounding areas for over 39 years. Leonard Ware started the business in 1974. Since then his sons, Shawn and Brent have joined the business. We have five auto body repair technicians, two refinish technicians and three office personnel.
Our business is auto collision repair from small dents and dings to heavy collision such as rollovers and t-bone side impacts. We are a highly equipped shop and strive to stay updated with the latest repair technology. We have four frame racks for measuring, straightening and aligning uni-body and full framed vehicles such as cars, SUVs and pickups.

I got into a pretty bad accident, and they are repairing the damage it’s been over a month now. They keep telling me I’m going to have to wait longer and giving me different days it should be done. The guy I’ve been talking to on the phone is super super rude and aggressive because I keep calling to ask how much longer because if I don’t they don’t tell me what’s going on or give any sort of update. Beyond annoyed and will never be using this auto body shop again.

Staff was nice and my vehicle was done in a timely manner. I appreciate them trying to clean my truck before returning it. However, they put swirls all over my paint and two large scratches. When I asked them about the scratches they refused to take responsibility or fix the mistake. I would of been fine fixing the swirls myself, but now I'm stuck with damage I cant fix. I wont recommend them to anyone I talk to.

Staff's communication is poorly managed every time I called to check status of repair they had one Excuse after another on why my vehicle was not done they wouldn't even take the time to call me to let me know the issues. Instead I was always checking in
It took a whole month when estimated time was 12 days .
Will never do business there ever again!

The man working there was aggressively rude to me, yelled at me for inquiring about when my car might be done after 2 months. He was arrogant and mean to me. His first quote, he said, after doing considerable work on my car, was too low. It cost a lot more than first quoted. It was a horrible experience.
