CLSS was created to supply metal fabrication for our sister company, Charles Leonard Construction Company, Inc. From there, it grew into a full service miscellaneous metals/ornamental iron fabrication shop. Today, we employ over 30 talented and dedicated industry professionals. Our goal is to build long-lasting relationships with our clients through quality, service, and dependability.
Charles Leonard Steel Services, LLC specializes in miscellaneous metals and ornamental iron, we pride ourselves on the expert-level fabrication and installation of these products. Miscellaneous metal is typically the only steel that remains visible upon completion of the project; therefore, it must be produced as a high-quality finished product.
Charles Leonard Steel Services is able to provide stamped calculations that are completed by professional engineers. Our structural engineers have advanced degrees in structural engineering and are licensed to work in multiple states. These structural engineers are able to provide steel calculations in a timely manner to ensure that job schedules stay on track.
Our 14 cold saws are great for cutting tubes, pipes, profiles, light structurals, and small solids. Our ironworker, manufactured by Geka, is capable of punching, notching, shearing, and cutting. Our 5'x10' Komatsu plasma table has a steel capacity and is essential for cost-effective production of accurate, high quality parts.
CLSS's erection crews are fully equipped with the latest tools and safety equipment to allow them to complete their installations on schedule and on budget. Our steel erectors are equipped with many certifications such as OSHA-10, OSHA-30, Rigging Training, Signal Person Training, Welding certifications, and CPR/AED and first aid.

Have not hired them for work. I am writing a review about their truck driver, and lack of customer service. Driver was driving wrecklessley on the highway in a flat bed, cutting people off, even passing on the right in the lane merge on route 3 near exit 11. Caused one driver to merge into the fast lane to avoid being hit. Then the truck driver continued to cut people off with his large flatbed ( in the rain mind you), who eventually cut me off and I nearly hit the jersey barrier. When I beeped and avoided the accident the driver gave me the finger. I called their office and left a voicemail for
