Jerry came to our residential property in Duneland Beach, IN and quickly assessed our cottage which had a corner of the house that appeared to be sinking.
Thankfully his thorough report and recommendations indicated we simply needed to properly remediate drainage and gutters on our steep hill. He even gave us suggestions/advice for our second story architect plans which wasn’t even part of scope.
Worth every penny for his solutions and peace of mind.
I should also note this firm specializes in larger commercial/industrial projects but even the owner came out to consult us!
