H3 Care is a women owned business serving Lycoming County and surrounding areas. Owners Nicole and Tiffani are both experienced in taking care of elderly family members along with family members that have been diagnosed with Dementia. It was important to both of them to keep their loved ones at home and also that they received loving care.
With the baby boomer population growing older, they realized the demand for families desiring to keep their loved ones at home, while still receiving the best care possible. H3 Care was established to help you with those needs. We provide companion and personal care services all while in the comforts of your own home.

The Agency's mission is to provide paraprofessional services to clients in their place of residence thereby assisting them to realize his or her highest level of independence and quality of life. Unforeseen circumstances can make the simplest of life's activities a challenge. When this occurs, you want the security of being in your own home with familiar surroundings, allowing you to maintain the lifestyle you are accustomed to. Every employee at H3 Care is trained in all areas of caregiving to meet the needs of your loved one.
In home care provides compassionate caregivers who are willing to help clients with performing their activities of daily living (ADL). These include showering, grooming, dressing, and walking. Caregivers may also assist with instrumental activities of daily living (IADL) which may consist of running errands, light housekeeping, laundry, and daily companionship.
We all know keeping a normal bathing and grooming routine is important for overall good health. For some, this becomes a challenge and a little extra help never hurts. Assisting with this task can be simple or complex. When incontinency occurs it needs to be cared for. If not, the risk of infections increases.
Aging adults and those with disabilities can be hindered from performing daily tasks, getting together with friends/family or spend most of their days home alone; companion care can make all the difference in ones day. Whether it is occasional or on a daily basis, engaging in simple conversation or having assistance from one of our caregivers can help clients feel independent and stay cognitively healthy.
