Rooms were relatively clean and had pretty decent furniture in them, however the shower had problems draining immediately upon arrival. I spoke to the manager who was really nice and ended up letting us keep our original room and gave us an additional room at no cost so that we would be able to shower, however upon receiving the second room, we came to find that the shower in that room was also not functional, so we had to just accept that a shower was not in the cards for us during our stay, which was undeniably frustrating. We also had issues getting the cable to work in both rooms. If they got

Dont go expecting vegas, but for what it was, it was great. As far as budget motels go, it's one of the better ones I've been at. Whoever designed the rooms/layouts is pretty sharp. It's a "small" room, I get it. But for less than $100 (when I went), you get: a kitchen, full sized fridge, 2 queen beds, a table with chairs, flat screen tv with most of the channels, bathroom, seperate heaters, and 2 fans. You'd think you'd be cluttered, but you'd be wrong. Even with all that, the floor layout is spacious for a room that size. Staff is friendly, check in and out is easy and parking is convenient.

Staff is very friendly, the plants are so beautiful. Location is great as a gateway to beaches and the national park. We had plenty of towels and everything was very clean! There is no AC but they provide fans for every room. The kitchen could use more silverware but other than that it was a great stay !

RUN AWAY! No ac, so your is about 80° in the summer. One of the 2 windows didn't have a screen, so bugs get in if you try to get air. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived at the check in time. The dish network cut out, so there was no entertainment at night. There is no bathroom window, just painted plywood. Generally poor condition. Maybe a $69 a night room. No manager on site to voice complaints to. The front desk person just claimes they only live there. The manager is apparently "out of town". No number offered, only an email. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had!
