We had our car window broken into by thief’s on Sunday. It was hard to find a company to answer the phone. They answered our phone call on Sunday, they had the windows parts for the repair ready to go, and they provided the services on Monday morning at my location! They went above and beyond. Very polite people, it was a pleasure to do business with. I totally recommend them. Oh Man!!! Where should I start?? These guys are amazing!! From start to finish! I had a soccer game in Franklin Square in San Francisco, game was late at night, I have always parked on the side with no problems at all, of course after my game when I was exhausted, I walk to my car and find my driver side back window completely shattered!!!!
The very next Saturday morning I decide to give these guys a call while shopping around, of course completely stressed out and angry as well! Everybody from the office to the actual guys that came out to fix my window in about 45 minutes, were just incredible

What a great experience we had! We got several quotes and then called Globo Glass. They quoted us the lowest price, had the rear glass for our car available and were on site within 2 hours, completing the work in less than an hour. The broken glass was cleaned up nicely and the two fellows that did the work were very pleasant. Thank you, guys.

First of all, Elise when I called was very helpful and have patience on assisting me to get the correct windshield and set up the schedule to get my 2017 Hyundai Ioniq Hybrid Ioniq Limited windshield fix and replaced due to cracks caused by a stone hit on the freeway. They quickly fixed and i see a quality service they did and the car dashboard was very clean when they turn over me my car. Excellent job and great service!!! I highly recommend their team. While on our honeymoon and staying at a hotel in Half Moon Bay, our car was broken into overnight. We contacted Globo Auto Glass at 9 am and they had technicians to our location by 11:30. They had the entire window replaced within an hour and cleaned up residual glass in the car. We could not have asked for better service! Would absolutely recommend to anyone who needs a window replaced!

I called Globo glass Thursday late afternoon and book a time for Friday
made day. Globo's tech arrived on time and installed my wind shield in the estimated time. The cost was at least 75.00 dollars less than the estimate from a larger company, and they did it a week sooner.

My back window shattered during the last storm when a pinecone and a piece of it's branch slammed in to my back window. I saw that Globo had great ratings so i called. I didn't get an answer so i called another place that was way too expensive and then they called me back. Told me they would call me back with the info. Called a couple other places in the meantime...all as expensive as before. They called me back within ten minutes and gave me a quote much less than anyone else and said they could do it at my home. The price was okay and the technician arrived on time and fixed my window..only to realize he scratched the interior part of my door. He came out to meet me about 2 hours after I called him when other guys said it would take them a few days just to get the part. Some places didn't even call me back after they said they would. He quoted the best price (Another guy said $350 while Elis quoted $295). He was done within half an hour and was on his way.
He's very very polite and personable. Excellent people skills. We had an awesome convo about where we are both from and he knew a lot about my culture which was pretty cool.

Initially, the person I talked to on the phone about the door damage repeatedly said he would call me back and didn't. He showed concern and initiative once he saw my Yelp review. The issue was eventually resolved. Took about 5-6 hours total including window replacement, calls, and door fix. I'll increase to two stars as the second tech was much better. I'm told I'll receive the discount, but waiting on that. Definitely taking my car to a shop next time.

The small window on the Prius hatch-back was broken. Although the Prius is a "dime a dozen" car in SF who would know that window is a special order glass. Toyota told me they don't repair car windows.
Thank goodness for Junior at Globo Auto Glass. I will use them if a future need arises and recommend this service to my friends.

My brand new car was broken into one night at work. I immediately went on Yelp and made some calls. All the other companies I spoke with said 'that window isn't available...it's a new car'. When I made a call to Globo Auto Glass, he said he would look into it and get back to me right away. Sure enough, 15mins later he said he could order it from Sacramento and it would take 3 days. He showed up right on time and had my window fixed and all the glass cleaned up in 45 minutes. He was very well mannered and kind. I highly recommend him!

Someone attempted to break-in my car last night and the rear window was smashed as a result. Called the company at ~1030pm to leave a message; surprisingly, Junior picked up the phone! He came the next morning and changed the rear window in less than an hour! That really exceeded my expectations.

After finding that my car had been broken-in to and one of the windows were smashed, I had the daunting task of getting the window repaired. I remember doing this once before, about 10 years ago, which was the last time i had to get a window repaired.
I know it doesn't sound like such a tough responsibility, I mean how hard can it be to call a company and get a quote to repair a window? Try doing it while stressing out about how you're gonna pay for the repair, while trying to remember what else was in the car that was taken, while going to work, with a hopeless feeling of being violated

If i could put 10 stars, I would! Junior is a great guy with a kind heart.
I went to treasure island to see shooting stars and after 19 minutes I went back to my car and saw my passenger window- smashed! Broken glasses inside my car. Terrible way to end the night!
Anyhoo, so i called glass companies and asked for price and I started comparing. One offered 300+ then junior called and said $225... Yes! Yes! Yes! he went to my house, vacuumed the broken glasses, replaced and installed the new window. For that price, i didnt have to drive to have my car fixed plus he cleaned my interior too! Haha

The guy is polite, but he completely ignores what he's asked to do. Very passive aggressive and maybe it's a cultural thing.
In addition, the trim around the windshield no longer sits flat like it did before the windshield replacement. Gave him the opportunity to fix the trim and all he had to say was "it looked like that before I did it," which wasn't the case. I'd recommend going elsewhere.
