We stay very close to all our manufactures of flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBC) so that we can control the lead times and quality, in the FIBC supply market.
Bulk Bags or one ton sacks are the core of our bulk bag manufacturing company, and all of our new bags are made with the best virgin resin and best stitching in the market. There are many variations of bags on the market being manufactured in India, China, Turkey, Istanbul, Vietnam, etc., but they are not all created equal.
Whether you need custom gaylord boxes, custom boxes for packaging manufactured items or you need custom display boxes, we are able to help you design and produce the packaging needed to keep your products safe during distribution. Not only can we build the boxes, but we can make the custom foam, custom poly bags, etc. to provide a full solution to your packaging needs.
We stock a general size gaylord liner, but we can also custom extrude any size, thickness needed. We make and sell both internal and external poly liners for bulk bags. These can be anywhere from 1 mil to 6 mil and the size will be dictated by the size of the bulk bag. Also, we can extrude the bags with anti-static properties, UV protection, fire retardant, and many other additives.
