Nicole was a total lifesaver, when our newly released website crashed during an update and our original contracted web designer was MIA, we reached out to Nicole.Not only was she able to revive our broken site, she was able to restore the site causing us almost no downtime. She was professional and awesome to deal with on conference calls and has a great way of dealing with and implimenting ideas from many different personalities within our team. Nicole beautifully and masterfully took my ideas and turned them into a signature unique site. She is incredibly patient and responsive, sends me updates and reminders and keeps the site humming. Many sites look dated within a year but three years later, mine still looks fresh. I have worked with other designers who could not execute and collaborate nearly as well as Nicole. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about the quality of Swoon Digital Design. Nicole was extremely helpful in updating our old website, which was very busy and somewhat difficult to navigate. Nicole incorporated the design elements and themes we were looking for, resulting in a very easy to use site. In addition to the great design work, the support she provides is top notch, alerting us to any site maintenance issues that are needed. A few years ago we wanted to update our organization's web site (The Association of Raytheon Retirees). We assigned Nicole that responsibility and working with our board members she created an entirely new look, feel and structure to our new web site in record time. The new web site was well received by our membership and our board members. As webmaster she maintains the site, updates the content as required, and is diligent in keeping all licenses and plug-ins up to date, incorporating new features as we request them. And she does all this at a reasonable price and always with a good demeanor

Nicole has been instrumental in helping us transition to a more professional looking website. Our previous website was not what we wanted to portray as a professional real estate company.
What stands out the most about working with Nicole is her professionalism. We really appreciate the fact that she responds to us almost immediately no matter how silly our question or problem is. She seemed to be so intuitive to the look that we were going for. It is a beautiful site. We make changes to the site often. The changes are made within hours....even on the weekend.
