Mr Sullivan is one the best instructors I have ever meet. He was able to train this old man and my two sons to have more discipline, self control and most importantly feel comfortable in our own selves along was getting us in a lot better shape mentally and physically. I would highly recommend this school anyone looking to help their children or themselves. He is always having get-togethers for families and for adults to make us all feel like a large community and that is very important in these days they were in now to know it's someone cares enough to help our children and this world.

My 8 year old daughter and I both take karate at Covington Karate and love it! Mr. Sullivan is an amazing instructor who truly cares about his students and is dedicated to providing an excellent atmosphere in which to learn. You can come to this school and feel comfortable. We're a family that loves to see everyone excel no matter what their level of experience or belt rank.

My son and I have thoroughly enjoyed training at Covington Karate over the past few months. It has increased mine and my sons confidence in ourselves to perform, not only in the studio, but also for the classroom, work life, and for home life. As an adult, it is a stress reliever and great exercise, for my son, it provides continued discipline and structure. If you haven't checked it out, you should! My goal: Black Belt Excellence!

Mr. Sullivan first I'd like to start off by saying I think you are absolutely fabulous at what you do for your students. Since I enrolled Gianna in karate I've seen a big change in her. She has a lot more self confidence. She is always doing more around the house without me having to tell her. Also, she is so much better at not interupting adults when they are speaking. I am very proud of her determination not only to do better in school but also to advance in karate. I know you have had a large part in that. Thank you for your patience and kindness. You make Gianna absolutely love karate.

Covington Karate has been an amazing experience and has become an important part of our family. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and goes the extra mile to make you feel confident . The positive changes in self discipline and respect I have seen in my children have been priceless. The adult classes have been the best thing I have done for myself. With life's busy schedule, it is hard to make friendships and bonds, karate has provided that for me and my family. We look forward to continued training and learning.

Sullivan's a good guy we have been with them for a few months now my six year old started and then my five-year-old join them and then myself and my wife. So we're all participating it's become a family affair we have seen improvements and attentiveness from the kids as well as pride in their own eyes from their own achievements as they reach levels within the karate system. For myself and my wife it's humbling to know that we don't know a lot however we are learning on a weekly basis and to exercise before the technique is great keeps us on our toes and it's always something that puts a little

Covington Karate is an awesome place. They have made my entire family part of theirs. They have a great program that fit kids and adults and are much more than just karate. They instill confidence,respect and responsibility to all ages and make the learning process fun. They offer a variety of other options as well from birthday parties and parents night out; which are great for the busy family schedule. I would recommend Covington Karate to all.
