Although not a native Texan, John got to Texas as quick as he could from Long Island, New York! Once graduated from the State University of New York, John moved to the Grapevine area in 1980. John has been married since 1992 and has a daughter who graduated Oklahoma State University in 2021. Being born into a family that was in the food service industry helped him to gain sales and marketing and customer service talents.
I had the pleasure of working with the Schepps Team to sale a home located in the Fort Worth Area. The house was previously listed by another agency with a different realtor and did not sale. John came in and accomplished what the other agency wasn't able to do in half the time. It was a pleasure to meet and conduct business with a consummate professional.

This team has taken care of myself and my extended family for years! What I appreciate most is the consistent, quick, & open communication. I also appreciate their flexibility! With a toddler and dogs, sometimes it was difficult to get out of the house for the appraisal, inspection, etc.; however, this team worked with me and made it all easier than I thought possible! We are very, very happy.

The Schepps team is amazing, they took all the stress out of selling our property. They did everything for us to make sure we got to closing. We were dealing with a difficult listing agent for the home we were buying, and John helped make the process as smooth as possible. I live out of town so much of this was done over the phone but they are excellent in keeping me informed of everything that was going on. His knowledge of the market price and the wonderful pictures they took of the home really sold the house very quickly and at the price I wanted. John and Brandi are a great team. Brandi was amazing and flexible when we decided to add to our list of houses to see and cancelled last minute on others. John is very transparent on the whole buying processes and he's been doing this for a long time. He can connect you with everything outside the house buying as well. Bryann is wonderful and a tough negotiator and a calm in the craziness of buying a house in the metroplex. She really found our new home.
