Quality was exceptional. The crew was on time, professional and really know what they are doing. I obtained 6 estimates and Coastal Home Roofing stood out. They were a bit lower but not the lowest from the other estimates I received. Remember that you get what you pay for. Coastal Home Roofing was very responsive to my needs as I did have an active leak. They remedied the leak very quickly. I was impressed with its looks and structural integrity for a temporary fix. I was very pleased with Coastal Home Roofing--the communication about the work time table was great and they (Andrea, especially) were always quick to respond when I had a question. I felt the cost was reasonable and when problems were discovered during the process, pictures were provided as support for necessary repairs. The crew was awesome and took care to clean up after the work was done. I would highly recommend!

I had my mother's roof installed on 9/28/2021. The service was awesome from the initial signing of the contract to the end of the project. I can't say enough about everyone at Coastal Roofing. They were on time, stayed in constant communication with updates regarding the project (sent pictures). The actual workers were pleasant and did a great job and I can't say enough about the clean up it was phenomenal (it was actually cleaner when they left than when they arrived, kudos to them). I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a roof installation or repair, this is the company to call. Thank

The estimator, Randy, was the only contractor out of four, that asked to see the underside of the roof from our attic. AAA magazine wrote an article that listed 5 criteria that a roofer should meet. Coastal Home Roofing was the only one of 4 that met all 5 criteria.
Aside from a horrible communication issue ( English vs. Spanish and a hearing impairment ) the Roof work was done impeccably and the crew worked very hard all day and also left the outside clean and free of debris.

Coastal Home Roofing replaced my roof and two sky lights during the winter of 2018. Sam managed to work in his roofers during a very rainy, windy and cold season at the best price out of four quotes. I later had two issues that turned out unrelated to the roof installation. However, Sam sent his roofers as quickly as weather permitted and the problems were resolved efficiently without cost to me. I was very pleased with Sam and Coastal Home Roofing and the work they performed on the installation of a new roof.
