The guys were very professional with their work. They explained everything they would be doing and completed the project quickly. They also took extra care in their preparation to make sure everything was covered to prevent any inadvertent damage to the floors and walls. We were panic-stricken when our crawl space flooded, and the small pump we had was WAY inadequate. I found H2OAway online and WOW. Fast, friendly response. "Yes, our person will call you within 15min" "Yes, I can be there in less than 2 hours" We were kinda shocked (-; Taylor was SUCH a godsend. He was smart, knew what he was doing and gave a reasonable estimate. Then he said he'd been up since midnight but he would come BACK to pump it out in a couple of hours!! After I had a burst pipe our insurance company assigned us to a different company to handle the messy aftermath. After getting pushed off to the side with our house a wreck for over 10 days we were recommended H20 Away. Dominic did more in 15min than the other company did in over a week.
