My Dad wanted me to look into buying a house in Oxford instead of continuing to pay rent each month. My roommates and I are all female so to make us feel more comfortable, Clay arranged for one of his female agents to show us the property. She was kind, listened to what we were thinking and showed us several house that would fit in my Dad's budget!

My wife and I had an excellent all around home buying experience with O'Keefe Graham and the team at Nix-Tann. They are very knowledgeable about the Oxford market as well as being extremely professional and approachable. O'Keefe was instrumental in finding us a house that fit all of our needs and it was even more impressive in that our house wasn't even on the market! I wouldn't hesitate to use Nix-Tann for all of my future housing needs.

Terrible. Clay, a property manager was absolutely atrocious. He did not show up to inspect the property when I moved in and the whole time I lived there he never once came to the property. We had many problems and not all of them were handled, and those that were handled were at his own leisure. Terrible communicator and poorly managed.
