Our founder, Richard A. Zenner (affectionately known as "Mr Z"), started his packaging knowledge right out of college in 1966 where he worked for a family business from the Bay area called Malenco Paper. Mr. Z was a manufacturers rep whose territory covered the entire Pacific NW. Most of the end user customers were located in the Tri-City area, up North from Spokane to Wenatchee Washington, and then East to Idaho.

I have seen things here that you could not possibly imagine. This temple to Zepak, the god of travel and torbs of the 4th planet of Sirius B, contains several portals to other realms. They can be difficult to find, as the building was built using 4 dimensional plans, but ends up being 3.5 dimensional on our world. Be wary of any torbs you may encounter. While they are friendly to true believers of Zepak, most earthlings on not physically capable of that level of devotion.

Their service tech came to our business to look at our non-functioning automated strapping machine. It was not a brand they service, but he came out since he was in the neighborhood so he could take a look at it. He showed me how to take a certain troublesome piece apart and clean it. He ended up fixing it and charged us their minimum service charge. Huge help! Thanks!
