Services
We offer the highest quality products, and our Spray Foam is no exception. Best used in pole barns, basements, and walls, Spray Foam is a great solution for many of our clients. We arrange all aspects of the installation, including venting. One of the biggest sources of energy loss can be your attic.
As a form of insulation, closed cell is the best option for many types of projects. Because it is a dense insulation, it forms an excellent vapor and moisture barrier that resists the transmission of air and water. When it is installed, closed cell expands to about 40x its original volume, creating a rigid support and aiding in wall strength.
One of the biggest sources of energy loss can be your attic. By ensuring that you have your attic correctly insulated, you can save hundreds of dollars each year while making your home more comfortable. The average home requires 12-16 inches of cellulose insulation to properly insulate the attic. This insulation is necessary in both winter and summer to provide the necessary barrier.

Met with Mike, who was very punctual in getting an estimate. Listened to my concerns and provided the options to correct the problem. The crew showed up on the scheduled day, who were respectful our our property and friendly. Installed the need soffit venting and baffles to allow the free flow of air. Then proceeded to get my house the need R-value it was missing. It did not take long for us to FEEL the difference. Our two story house HAD an issue with elevated temperature on the second floor, by 8 to 10 degrees warmer. Today, the second floor was actually cooler than the main floor. Cannot wait

After calling several of the bigger places listed and w/ no customer service or interest in coming to my home anytime soon b/c they were all so busy, I called MK Insulating. Titus (owner) answered the phone and even though he too was very busy and already had 5+ scheduled appts that day he said he would fit me in. He did arrive the same day, spent an hour with me inspecting our attic insulation and consulting w/ me and answering my questions (while his phone was blowing up w/ calls). I hired him that day and he again said he would try to fit me in this week (smaller job for him..I am assuming)

My husband and I live on a fixed income so things are tight. We were in dire need of insulation so I contacted a few contractors to get quotes so I could write for a grant to help us pay for insulation in our attic. At first Mike of MK Insulating was very helpful, until we actually received the grant and he had won the contract. He became harder and harder to get ahold of, he wouldn't return my calls, he eventually made 4 different appointments to do the job and never showed up or called us to reschedule. I called a few times to try to reschedule but never got a response. I finally had my husband
