Some say the difference is in how bad the headache is or in whether it has an "aura" or nausea associated with it. Traditionally a migraine is on just one side of the head. Whatever you call them, they're miserable. My wife used to get them very severely, often multiple times per week. She would be laid out in a pitch-black room with terrible pain and even the slightest sound would bang in her head like a giant bass drum.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a doctor that actually takes time to sit down and listen to you find out about what's going on with you and what your concerns are and describe what's going to happen next it was such a refreshing treat. The staff there are amazing it has such a nice atmosphere very family-friendly I would refer them to everybody and I actually have been referring them to all my coworkers

Dr. Todd and his staff have been incredible! I'm one month in on my treatment plan and already experiencing pain relief. The office staff is kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Dr. Todd took time to explain my X-rays and current spinal condition and provided options for my treatment plan. I chose to move forward with adjustments and traction and given the difference I already feel, I'm excited to see my improvements at the end of my treatment plan! Came into Redding for a conference with a pinched nerve in my neck and a displaced rib in my back. We had been on the road for 2 weeks and I needed to come into alignment. Dr. Roy quickly assessed my problem and adjusted my neck and back. 80% relief was instantly noted. I returned in 2 days for a.little tweak and I feel great. I was able to enjoy my conference. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Todd Royse. He is a caring and attentive expert in chiropractic. I came to him after having a very bad back injury and he not only put me back together, but helped my spine become better than before the injury. His approach goes far beyond alignment. He restructures and strengthens the spine!! In my life I have gone to many chiropractors and have never seen anyone with such precise technique!! It is usually very hard to impossible for other chiropractors to adjust my neck, but Dr. Todd easily gets it EVERYTIME!!!

I have been under the care of several chiropractors over the span of about 30 years and Dr. Todd is the most thorough, knowledgeable and kindhearted I have had the privilege of being treated by. I have suffered with genetic alignment issues in my upper back and neck that caused cronic pain and created stiffness, headaches and overall weakness in that region. In June I was in a head on collision which complicated the existing condition so that I could no longer support the weight of my head part way through the day but had to recline for the remainder of the day. I've been to two other chiro's in town. My wife is nurse and I work in mental health. I've never seen an other medical provider go to the lengths that Dr. Todd and his staff do. I've learned more about Heath and wellness here then all of my precious providers combined.

Dr. Todd is a friend and colleague. I am also a chiropractor in Redding and I would trust all of my patients with Dr. Todd. He has been a tremendous help for me. I am able to ask questions when I have a difficult case. Dr. Todd also asks questions. When he had a tough case, he asked me to come to his office to review some Upper Cervical techniques. This was during his lunch hour. I hope that conveys to some his commitment to his patients and colleagues. I have always been treated with respect by Dr. Todd. He is also a phenomenal adjuster. I don't normal leave bad reviews, but this place irritates me. Yes the are very nice and I'm sure they have some great successes, but I wish they were more up front. I asked multiple times if they took my insurance and if it would be covered (and mine is a VERY common insurance in this area). They were very vague but said I should be able to submit it to my insurance. They had us come in several times to discuss a plan and every time it was come in again and we will talk about the plan.... I'm sorry but after 3 visits and spending like 2 hours there each time we should have a plan

The results I have seen in my 6mo of using the services here have been incredible and life changing! They've helped me to live without constant pain that was making just doing daily activities miserable.
