This review is based on the auto-wash, not the detailing or other services. There are significantly better auto wash locations, including one just up the road. The wash didn't get my car anywhere close to being clean The water pressure is laughably low, there's no presoak, just the underbody wash on the way in (which left actual dirt still stuck to the lower trim of my car). They put soap directly on the car and then rinse it off. Nothing even remotely "high pressure", and the absolute bare minimum of passes (1 to rinse off the soap, and then a very light rinse for some reason). The dryers are

I'm posting this on EVERY platform that I can write a review on. I have never dealt with such awful customer service in my life. THEY WILL BREAK YOUR CAR AND NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILTY FOR IT. They broke the mirror in our car and then claimed they didn't do it. My mirror was not broken before I took it in. I noticed it the day after we picked it up when I went to use my visor. Absolutely phenomenal work! I took my 2020 Subaru WRX STI in for a FULL Detail. Dropped it off and within a few hours I received a call confirming my car was finished. I was overcome with joy and excitement, I didn't know my car could ever look this good!!! All the brake dust from my wheels was completely gone. Even small scratches on the paint were no longer visible. My car was completely spotless from the outside and from the inside. if you are ever looking for a full professional detail I highly recommend Blue Wave Auto Spa!!!

I did the $15 no touch carwash. The front and sides are still dirty. Like I never went through the wash.
Response: I didnt check my car until I got home. Do people go out of their car to check once they go through a drive thru car wash? Still won't use your drive thru service. $15 is a lot of money for drive thru especially when its not clean.

First of all, Frequent automatic car washes all over the area, and consider myself a touchless carwash connoisseur. Wash is very sketchy and is gravel with many potholes, atypical for a car wash in general. I pulled in the bay and selected the $15 ultimate touchless carwash. The water stream was very weak and I felt as if it was not clean my card anyway. After the initial rinse, a bar came down from the top the car with additional nozzles in it in an attempt to spray soap on the car. It was at least a 2 ft . It lowered to the height of my dashboard. Then, the bar slowly advanced toward my windshield

I haven't tried the detail service, only the automatic touchless car wash. I do think it's a bit overpriced for the results you get. At the very least, the wash should get surface dirt off but it doesn't. I quickly realized that I had to still wash parts of my vehicle by hand before using the shammy. If you are in a hurry and want your car to be sparkling clean, I don't recommend this one. If you have time and are willing to put in some additional work post wash, this will suit your needs and your vehicle will shine.

STAY AWAY!!!!! detailed my car and RUINED my wheels...the wheels have never seen a winter and no salt and were in new shape..I have winter wheels and take off my Acura wheels every year....these idiots ruined them .......the owner is very unprofessional so I can only assume his staff is too....please do your sel a favor and never ever try this place, you will regret it, I talked to owner and he's rude, which is fine, I am going to local magistrate for resolution ....

I recently had my Yukon Denali detailed at Blue Wave. They did an amazing job! They accommodated my schedule, were very professional and even called me the next day to make sure I was happy with the service. They detailed the inside of the vehicle and washed and waxed the outside also. It looked so good I couldn't wait to drive it around and show it off! I am very particular about my vehicle and keep it very clean. But it looked ten times better when they were done with it! I would recommend Blue Wave and will definitely use them again.

Pretty bad customer service. We had our car done there, were told less than 1hr before 5pm, that it was ready for pick-up, were promised that they'd wait or call. When we got there- no one there! No one had called. Unreliable. Very shady! Not easily accessible after 4pm when we all get off work. No idea why hertz partners with them.
