Until very recently, I was a big fan of Classic Brass cabinet hardware. Their finishes, done properly, are gorgeous. As a designer, they have been my go-to for years. Sadly, my most recent order fell short. The knobs I received looked nothing like previous orders in the same finish. Things happen. Production lines make mistakes, as do warehouses. But when I contacted the company about the issue, not only did they refuse to acknowledge any fault, they were condescending and combative. The experience was so off-putting, I'll be finding a new source for hardware.
