I used Crest for my church ceremony and reception at Nanina’s this April and WOW did they deliver! Everyone was shocked at how beautiful all my arrangements were. I really wanted to play up the cherry blossom… season and they turned my venue into the cherry blossom garden party of my dreams! My family is even raving about the arrangements I had on the church pews! ***Update as of 3/9/2020...Cathy, the owner of the company reached out to me personally and resolved my issue without any hesitation. She was very sympathetic with me and really showed great customer service! Although it took months for this to resolve, I am satisfied with the outcome and the way she handled my situation.

My husband & I met with Matt he is out of this world! In meeting with him I knew very little about flowers & exactly what I envisioned for our big day with the pictures I showed Matt he worked his magic!! My husband & I got married at the Park Chateau in East Brunswick. I received my bouquet & my bridesmaids boquets I was in awe they were everything I pictured. When we walked into the chapel my jaw dropped at how stunning it was. I wanted a little touch at the staircase in the main entrance & then our centerpieces in the ballroom OMG is all my husband & I could say. Everything

To say I'm disappointed and annoyed is a total understatement. Per photo I posted, I wanted a Mickey in the middle of my bouquet instead I got a triangle. I'm not sure how this was so hard to understand, crest even wrote "exactly as pictured" on the invoice as you can see none of the white roses are touching.
There had been warning signs about this place in the beginning and I should have trusted my gut.
After my first meeting, they wrote my wedding as 8/28/19 on the invoice when it was 9/28/19. Ok maybe simple typing error. Wrong- second invoice with list of what I want

This is not a traditional florist. I walked in to get a bouquet of flowers and it has basically nothing. Just a few flowers behind glass. There were a bunch of people sitting at tables and a man looking like he was instructing them about something. There was no real counter so I walked up to the closest thing to a counter and stood there for about 30 seconds. The man who was instructing everyone completely ignored my existence and someone who was working in the back didn't come up either. I used Crest Florist for my wedding on October 20, 2018 and I cannot praise Matt and his team enough. They were so patient with me through the planning process and I felt so comfortable with them. I got married at the Ravel Hotel in Long Island City, NY. People were coming up to me the night of my wedding just to tell me that they had never seen prettier centerpieces. The room was breathtaking, my bouquets were perfect, the chuppah was stunning and I have Crest Florist to thank. If you are considering booking, I can assure you that you will not find better!!

From the moment we met the Crest team, we knew we were in great hands. Our originally meeting was with Matt and he took us in like his own children. Worst customer service ever. i am a florist who sent a personal order to them for my friend in the hospital. they never called to tell me it wasnt delivered on the requested day. promised me it was on the morning truck and still never delivered it. my friend is home now and never got the flowers. they gave me a refund but didnt seem to care about the mess up. will never use them for my business or personal needs.

It still makes me so sad to remember my wedding flowers arriving an hour late without so much as an apology offered. They also did not set out candles I rented for around the candelabra centerpieces. My MOH's bouquet was supposed to be a huge cascade bouquet like mine but was small enough for a small child to carry. The flowers were beautiful and working with crest was a pleasure my whole engagement, so that's why the day off disappointment was such a shock, they were my most trusted vendors.

Roberto and everyone at Crest are truly amazing! Roberto was able to understand my style and vision almost immediately at our first meeting and they put together such beautiful floral arrangements and bouquets that I could never even dreamed of! If I could give this place no stars I would. I originally wanted to book with them so so badly. I was willing to pay a little more because I have seen there beautiful work, also they are a preferred vendor from my venue at the park chateau. I have to sadly say that this place is a RIP-OFF! I was in there with my fiancé, we are paying for the whole wedding ourselves. We are 25 years old. The guy talked us up then went in the back to calculate his numbers. Working with Matt and the team at Crest Florist were the easiest part of getting married. Such a nightmare working with Crest for my wedding. The process was super difficult, Matt was not listening to what I was asking to have in my bouquet and kept suggesting something completely opposite. I brought in pictures and said I wanted exactly that and he would say something else would look good instead. It's like, sorry, but no. He never listened to me.
On the actual wedding day my bouquet came with very limp and what looked like dying garden roses.

Crest did an outstanding job on both our son's & daughter in law's wedding and rehearsal dinner. We couldn't have been happier. My entire HORRENDOUS experience with this arrogant and insensitive business is one for the Guinness books. Yes, the flowers were beautiful. Yes, my guests thought they were wonderful. The most exquisite floral arrangements I have ever seen. They did my bridal shower at the Highlawn Pavillion in West Orange, NJ and created statement pieces that the guests are STILL talking about. Not only do the flowers look great but they smelled BEAUTIFUL.
