Why chiropractic during pregnancy? Chiropractic restores and optimizes the body to a place of balance and ease. In addition to specific chiropractic care, we focus on balancing the pelvis using the Webster Technique. Chiropractic has been shown to help moms with an easier birth, decrease discomfort, and improve overall health and body performance.
At Oly Family Chiropractic, we believe that each and every person deserves to live their life to its maximum potential. Both our doctors grew up receiving regular chiropractic care since birth.
Chiropractic is based on the scientific principle that the body is self-healing, self-regulating, and self-coordinating. Subluxations are misalignments of the vertebra within the spine that interfere with the body's self-healing mechanism. The spinal cord is choked by the tension brought on by these misalignments, just like a rubber band wound tightly around your finger.
Dr. Amy Anthony has had the opportunity to study many chiropractic techniques, and through her passion for delivering the best care possible, she continues to expand her knowledge constantly. She is dedicated to the science, art, and philosophy of chiropractic, and therefore dedicated to delivering the best care she can to each patient.

There is so much that I can say, and most of it had already been said. The experience, transparency and communication is something that you cannot beat. I have been to other chiropractors in the past and have not had the education that comes with the care that you receive at Oly Family Chiropractic.
The service is 100% worth it and the results in both my husband, my baby and I show that. I will forever sing their praises to all who will listen.

I have only been going for a few weeks, I can honestly say I can see and feel a difference in my daily routines. Unexplained pressure and pains are slowly subsiding. I’ve had previous experiences with Chiropractors before but this is the first time experiencing the gentle technique that Dr. Amy performs. My body is responding to the adjustments really well and I feel SO much better! Minimal tingling in the arms and legs, no more acid reflux and I’m sleeping so much better! Dr. Amy is wonderful! I saw her all through my most recent pregnancy and now postpartum she sees my kids and myself. Her approach is gentle and I felt very comfortable with all adjustments during pregnancy which I can’t say about several other chiropractors I saw during my first pregnancy. Best experience with doctors BY FAR. No meds pushed, no patronizing, just attentive, effective care. They are very (respectfully) hands on and take occasional x-rays to make sure they understand what's happening with your body. The open floor office is a peaceful and welcoming environment, with tea and water provided at the "hydration station" and… a lovely play area for the kiddos. They take the time to get to know you and genuinely care about you as a person. I saw results near immediately, and months later I'm in much less pain. I'm never going anywhere else.

I was referred to Dr. Amy by my midwife and I am so grateful! Dr. Amy adjusted me throughout my whole pregnancy and the care I received was amazing. I’ve gone from having a spine that looked like a bad game of Jenga with major hip pain and back pain to almost no hip pain and I can actually feel where the adjustments helped my spine sort into a more real-life version of a skeletal structure. First of all, the staff is so welcoming and make you feel so comfortable as soon as you walk in the door! As a young mother it's super common for health care professionals to just blow off your concerns, not here! I'm not great at reviews, but I have to say they are both amazing people and are super friendly they make you feel extremely comfortable . Before I started coming to them I had troubled nights sleeping because of pain in my neck that caused extreme migraines or i couldn't lay on my left side without my legs going numb. After my first adjustment with them I was able to finally sleep through the night and I could finally sleep on my left side ! Its been four years of torture ,and I haven't had one random migraine yet ! If you want to feel refreshed they are your go to people !

I came to this office because of my fiancé. Chiropractors tend to be people you go to, they crack a bunch of things, you hear the pops and think you're getting relief. But you keep having to go back. Dr. Ari and Dr. Amy take what I would say is a holistic approach. If they don't have to pop something, then that is progress. The goal being to heal the body, mind and spirit. Sounds kinda "hippy", but give it a chance.
