It was a really unfortunate experience based off their reviews. Set an appointment for new tires about a week in advance. I showed up and they seemed a little disorganized, at first they didn't know what I needed done, then after I had to tell them they ended up not having the tires there. I was told they would have them there in about 2 hours and could come back that day. Well, never received a call that they were in, until the next day and they tried to make it right by telling me I could bring it by absolutely anytime that worked best for me. Since I was at work i had to call the next morning

Highly recommend these folks. Battery died the afternoon before we were going home from vacation - simple problem, but with no tools, etc, I was stuck. They picked up my vehicle, got a new battery installed, and had it ready before closing time that same day. Nice folks, reasonable pricing, can't beat them!

While on vacation I had a issue with my tire sensor. Before I attempted the 3 hour drive home - I stopped here without an appointment, they graciously checked my tire, added air and sent me home with a diagnosis with out charging me. Thank you for the peace of mind and quick service!

The folks here are so nice and honest. We had the dealership quote us a ridiculous price after they told us we needed 4 new tires, so we brought our car to surf city tire & auto for a second opinion. Jeff took a look at it right away and let me know we only need 2 tires replaced, not all 4. They were able to get us a great price on the tires and installed them the same week. I will definitely be taking my car there for everything from now on!
