This store is a great resource whenever I need boxes. They carry a large variety and stock many sizes and I can buy as much or as little as I need. The workers are very friendly and helpful and the prices are reasonable. Best of all, masks are required and it felt very safe to enter the small store.

Wow! I can't believe your response as a owner.
Of course I understand it can't be ship same day because I came in 45 minutes before closing.
But then telling me 3-4 days is ridiculous.
Of course I understand that I am 2nd in line and was waiting 15 minutes patiently. That's not the problem. Problem was shipping it out 3-4 days later. If your saying waiting 3-4 days to ship my 1 item is 2nd in line?
Your gonna tell the 3rd person and after it's gonna be more than 3-4 days to ship? Your kidding right? That's the worst business sense ever.
I'd expect a more understanding

I've relied on Box Zone for over a decade, and use them to purchase shipping supplies for my Old Town Orange store. Even though I've closed my retail store and moved my online operation to another city, I still drive back to Orange to get my boxes. Their prices are competitive, but their service is really what I rely on, for both the usual boxes and the unusual requests. True story: they even found a particular box my son needed for a parade costume. These guys are great. They're a small company, sometimes there's a wait, but it's always worth it.

Ok so...I am a VERY new artist but for whatever reason, people love my art and I ship all over the country and even outside the US. I kid you not, they are THE BIGGEST reason I am successful at doing so. Not only are their prices fair but he doesn't BS...I probably get a good chuckle every time but I just sent a good friend there and I trust my artwork with them. I don't know about their other locations but Orange is the bomb! My art is airy upwards if $1000+ so to say I trust him...I mean it !!!

I was desperate when I called the box zone, I spoke with DAN, (God bless this guy) he helped me over the phone, I had a big need for 1600 boxes, many companies had told me the waiting time was 3 to 4 weeks. Dan got me the boxes in 1 business day.
I will be client for life, we use an average of 12000 boxes per year. Dan at the box zone has proven to us that they have no limits.

I stopped by for a box set (2 bedroom) and the guy servicing the temporary desk in the back was efficient, professional and friendly. It was busy. He wore a mask and the desk was set up so you stayed outside, and he brought the boxes to you - contactless sales transaction. Other customers practiced social distancing so it was a breeze. He even brought the boxes to my car which was awesome. The only complaint I have is their tape (for the boxes) isn't the best; it causes time consuming annoying problems like sticking to the roll; and not being strong enough to really hold the box together

Needed 3 large wooden paintings shipped for a client. Around 50 inches long and an inch thick. Heavy too, at about 25 pounds a piece. The client stressed that the paintings were very valuable and that he wanted them packed professionally. I wanted to get this done with the least amount of hassle and obviously money as possible.
I tasked my brother with this since he was home from college and lounging around at home. He called Box City in Pasadena since it was much closer to my house, and since they helped ship a speaker for me before and did a great job, I
