David is an excellent photographer! At first he was my back up photographer because I already had one that I worked with. However after seeing the work that he produces, I decidedd to call him first for every home because my customers deserve the best that I can provide. He really takes things to the next level of photography. When there’s a new trend in R.E. photography, he always seems to start offering it. Whatever you’re looking for (ie. dusk shots, aerial, video walk through, 3D and Matterport) he should be your go to guy too!

Our realtor used David Allen Productions to prepare for our listing in January. Despite being before the local market turning red hot, we had a full price offer (site unseen) within six hours of listing! I truly believe David's video and professional pics of the home made the sale. We purchased another local home for short term rentals and despite our management company taking pics for no charge we hired David and once again it was well worth it.

David is professional, courteous and has a fast turn around time. I have used him on several occasions to photograph, and video properties I have listed for sale. His photos are great and he got them back to me within 24 hours. I love that he was a Realtor and really understand the industry and how to get the best pictures and video possible. Highly recommend.
