Established in 1987, Grand Limousine is located in Lansing Michigan and is central Michigan's oldest and most trusted Black Car Service. The limo driver was late. He never contacted my husband or bothered to check to see if the flight was early or late or on time despite knowing the flight number. Her left Lansing for the Detroit airport allowing exactly 1 1/2 hours travel time. He could not find a parking place. Very poor service.

I had the opportunity to use this service for the first time this month and was extremely impressed. In the past I have found it difficult to find a reputable car service or dependable ride share services from the Lansing airport until now. Grand Limousine provided outstanding service to and from the Lansing Capital Airport. The drivers were punctual and professional and the cars were clean. I’m glad to know when needed this service is available. I highly recommend!

Wow, What a heartbreaking disappointment for my niece and her friends! My sister scheduled this limousine service well in advance for my nieces 8th grade dance in Eaton Rapids. When she scheduled Grand Limousine, she specifically requested Ice be provided for the girls "Grape Juice Champagne". The limo arrived to transport the girls around town and… to the dance, unequipped with the request for Ice. Furthermore, "No Zone Climate Control" was working, "No Audio System with Premium Sound" because that too was "Not working", "No lightened Flute Holders, with LED Accent Lighting" because there

ARRIVED A FULL HOUR LATE, and we missed our engagement.
This past Friday, my family rented a limousine from Grand Limo for a retirement party. We booked a month in advance - the pick-up was scheduled for 4pm, we were to travel approximately 45 miles, and had a 6pm dinner reservation at a prestigious restaurant (that books reservations weeks out on a normal night, let alone a Friday evening during the holiday season). The limo was a surprise for the retiree and part of a big send-off - her co-workers/family would all be outside to bid her a farewell and she'd be able to step into a limo

I hired car service for my 89 year old mom for a short trip out of town. Carl, the GM personally handled to reservation and the driver Rachel was wonderful. I rented the Lincoln Navigator stretch limo for my June 22nd wedding that was listed as seating 14 people. I was pleasantly surprised when the driver arrived to pick up by bridal party nearly half an hour early. She was very polite, opened doors for us, dropped us off right where we wanted to go, got us places on time, etc. My issue with our experience was that no matter how long we had the "air conditioning" on, it never cooled down in the limo. Imagine 14 people in formal wear on a 87 degree summer day smashed together in a vehicle with no air conditioning. By the time we arrived at
