My sister had been in jail for a felony and I called jens and the young lady Chelsea handled her case and she was released with out problems or anything!! I had never had to experience getting someone out of jail before and felt totally overwhelmed not knowing what to do. I just want to say, for someone that has never been in trouble before Lisa was AMAZING from the second she answered the phone. I was trying to help a family member who had never been in trouble with the law, and had 2 other bondsmans lined up. The first one, Coast to Coast took my info and then never answered their phone or the door at their location after telling me to come up. I have never seen a more unprofessional group anywhere ,I would not recommend them to anyone ,I honestly dont know any rightfully minded person that would hand over handcuffs to a 3 yr old to handcuff her own mother ! Then tell her numerous times that Mommy was going to the hospital and would be home in a couple days to do a beach day ! Heartless !

No ethics here. A bunch of dirty cheats. She will try to extort extra money from you, if you complain she pulls your bond. She is a big criminal of the worst kind. She prays upon people that are powerless. She will threaten, lie, the hide behind the law to cheat you. Maybe one day justice will find her and teach her all about karma. Until then, dont use her bail bond service. Use anyone else but her. She is despicable.
