I first used Havasu Realty when Suzanne White was there. We purchased several properties thru her.
She set me up with email notifications for when a property matching our criteria went on the market. If there was a property of interest, she would drive out and take additional pictures and give me her input before driving 300 miles to check it out in person. She was easy to contact. Always answers her phone or calls you right back.
I have also used Tina Lamb for property management, who is also absolutely great. She also answers her phone or calls right back.

I can express how amazing miss Reene has been to me. After almost a year of looking for a place she found me such an amazing place to rent and she was awesome at communicating and I’ve been living there for about four months and any issues I have she is always quick to respond and just so friendly to work with.
