Shipping / Receiving 7AM-1400 PERIOD!
I determined in that morning I would be running late and called to ask if arriving late 30-40 min will they unload ? They told me it wouldn’t be a problem.
I arrived 40 min late ! Mike in the office told me come next day ! Very little regard for trucker time ,effort , and just no common sense !

Called them for couple question I had and possibility of placing an order with them under right condition. (order quantity is 300k a month)
They are local to me.
Got connected with this gentleman whom I assume to be a sales rep.
Way he starts the conversation, very unprofessional. Immediate turn off.
I truly believe in treat others way you would like to get treated.
I truly believe, it would be more essential to people especially in c/s or sales profession.
I hung up and called them again hoping I could ask or get connected with somebody else.

There average Loading time is 4 hours!. You gona stay in the dock door more than 3 hrs before they start loading. Then there is nobody in there office so u have to wait for an hour to get somebody to the office to check u in . They have several docks but they load one truck at a time . Too slow. No parking for semi and u have to Park from the road while parking to the dock door. No where to turn around for semi . There load pays peanut! . Waste of time and energy!!!!
