Based out of El Paso, Texas, this agency was founded by Rick Hernandez, who was also born and raised in El Paso. Rick is a US Navy Veteran. He has pursued his Masters and Undergraduate degrees from the University of Texas at El Paso.

She specializes in commercial and business risk management to ensure our clients receive the peace of mind that their business is covered correctly. Responsible for new business account management and retention. Provide excellent customer service by meeting the needs of clients. Duties will include cross selling existing book, solicit referrals for new growth and maintain Agency Goals. Office hours are 8:30 to 5:30 M-F. I have been with them for about five years and have actually had to utilize my policy several times. Each and every time Mr. Stansbury Personally handled my claim and went above and beyond to clarify issues with the insurance company and every time it was taken care of in a timely manner. He has even gone out of his way to take care of my issues when he’s out of the office or even out on vacation.
