Service provided there used to be decent. They’ve done several cars for us previously. Last experience was terrible. Had to redo my back window multiple times to get it right. Installers used black silicon to cover up the sunlight coming in on the rear window due to cutting the film too short I suppose. My radio was working perfectly when I brought it there. It started to malfunction while they were removing the old window tint with steam. The radio started acting as if it had been exposed to some moisture. П’¯ percent recommend them! First time getting a vehicle tinted. Initially had 2 different companies that tinted our Cadillac, and had to have both companies take the tint off after. Had clusters of 10 or more bubbles and rips. I was done with tint until Cadillac recommended tnt! They did an outstanding job! No bubbles no tears. They are extremely nice and professional. I spent more than $2k having two of my work trucks tinted by TNT. On the second vehicle they burned my inside liner with a heat gun. They offered to keep my company truck for an entire day and remove and replace my liner but I instead asked for a monetary discount as I'm concerned about having a sagging liner in the future. I further explained I'd loose money by not having my work truck even for one day. I was told several times the owners would call me but 6 months after leaving the owners 3 voice messages CRICKETS! I'd recommend using any other company to tint your windows since TNT won't take

HUGE shout out to Ms. Dana and Ms. Jessie, the most absolutely fantastic people at the shop. They are the faces of TNT and they enhanced my experience greatly. As far as the actual tinting goes though, I am extremely satisfied with it all. I think they did a terrific job at tinting my sedan. I'd never gotten anything tinted before, but everything was properly and clearly explained to me so that I could choose the best option. Pricing was also very clear from the beginning so I knew what to expect when paying. The waiting area is really hospitable and Ms. Jessie only makes it better. I called in

Amazing service. They’ve been in business forever and you can always count on them. They are very knowledgeable and will not try to upsell you on something you don’t want or need. I have had all four of my cars tinted with them and receive nothing but great compliments on how well it looks. I’ve never had an issue with any of the quality of their work.

TNT did a great job on my trucks tint, I got the ceramic tint which was pricey but the heat rejection is great & worth it. I had an issue with one window where I damaged the tint with a sharp object and they re did the tint on that window at a low price, even though it was my fault. Also got some rain guards for my window from them, which are nice and were reasonably priced.

I went in to get my front window tinted and was told it would come to the line on the windshield. After I left I realized it was about 1 1/2 inches from the mark so I brought it back and was told to come back monday morning and they would make it right. I came back and was told I would have to pay another $40 to have their mistake fixed. I am one unhappy customer.

I've had tint done on two vehicles here and they are fast, friendly, and do excellent work. They have a variety of different tints at different qualities and prices. There is a nice customer waiting area with some neat accessories on display. I had just the two front doors tinted on my Infinity Coupe and was in and out in less than an hour.

I had to get my tint fixed and it fell under warranty. The process to get it fixed was ridiculous. Jessie was the person I would speak to over the phone most days to follow up on the process and her customer service skills lack BIG TIME. I went in October to have pictures taken of my tint to see if it fell under warranty (which i knew it did bc it was bubbling on the corners). She said they would get back to me within the week. No one ever called. I called back and Jessie said she lost my paperwork. Are you serious?! I was told they'd find it and be call back. No one called me back again

Ok. I went into TNT to get the windows in my Silverado Tinted a few weeks ago. I just wanted dark windows to match the black color of my truck. I wasn't even thinking about heat. I asked Jessie about the ceramic tint because I had heard about it somewhere. She explained the difference between the regular tint and the ceramic and how it was better about blocking heat. I just kind of went along with it and bought the top package whatever it was. C9 I think. I figured if I'm going to do it I only want to have to do it once and I didn't want to have buyers remorse over $100.

I'm gonna keep it short and sweet: Don't come here. Horrible customer service. When the owner runs out to your car yelling at you because you're leaving and won't pay some price he just made up on the fly instead of the price they quoted you on the phone. ( I won't get into all the details bc I don't wanna get into all the "he said she said stuff.") I think it's a pretty good indicator that you shouldn't get your tint done here. Trust me go somewhere else.

About a year ago I got stripes from TNT tint and trim. The gold stripes on the hood turned black after about a year. When I brought my car in to get them to replace it on Wednesday, the lady at the front (owners wife) said she had to look up the manufacture and would call me Monday at the latest. On the following Thursday I went back after receiving no calls from them. They told me that they had talked to the manufacture and got replacements sent in. I told them to just take the stripes off because of the lack of communication and the quality. They agreed to do it so I dropped my car off. When

These people are not professional. As soon as I walked in I asked if I should reschedule, I was told no that I was next and they only had 1 window of another vehicle to finish before beginning mine. They also told me it would take 45 minutes. I asked how it was coming an hour and twenty minutes later and they said it was half way done. That was a bold face LIE!!!

Now my side window is starting to peel, this place is terrible. When I had my warranty work done on the back window they left hair underneath the tint, and claimed they couldn't see the old glue because its "dark in the shop". They also "lost" my warranty papers between going in to set up the warranty work and coming back a few days later. I had a copy, so they had to honor it despite doing a bad tint job. I wouldn't go back even for free warranty work at this point, which is thier goal I assume.

It only took 2 years, both our backseat window start
to bubbling. There is no lifetime guarantee whatsoever like on the advertisement.. I lost my receipt, and asked them if they can pull it from their record, they couldn't find it. So we have to pay if we wanted to replace it. I rather go somewhere else to fix it. Very dissapointed.

This place is garbage. The moment they take your money, there's no turning back. Courtesy and customer service is out the window, and warranty's are a joke to them. The tint job they did for our civic coupe had bad bubbles that were supposed to go away in 5 days. There was a scratch on the passenger window clear as day and night and there was "nothing they could do about it." There were water marks running along the side of the exterior and interior of the car that they didn't bother to clean. Last but not least, they drained the battery of the car dead and refused to do

I called around a few different places asking for quotes and how long it would take to get my two front windows to the legal tent in Louisiana. They quoted me $140 and told me it shouldn't be any longer than an hour and a half. I was fine with that so I made an appointment for a few days later. When I got there, I was then quoted 150$. Horrible!!! I dropped my car off and expected it back the same day, that was NOT the case. When I picked it up, I was very disappointed. There were drip marks down the inside door panels, bubbles all over , and remnants of what looks like needle punctures in the tint. I asked them to fix their mistakes and they had the nerve to ask me to pay more! They do NOT stand by their warranty and do NOT take responsibility for their crappy work.

Anyone in southeastern Louisiana can attest that our summers are nothing if not sticky and hot. In order to help keep my car cooler than an oven this summer and deflect at least some of the UV radiation that comes streaming through the windows, I decided to have ceramic tint added to my new TDI's windows.

I got tinted here and tint was peeling up and my window was squeaking horribly afterwards. I went back to them to fix it and was told it would go away, it never did. I'm getting all my windows retinted years later and decide to see if they can redo my tint and fix the squeaking window while they're at it. They wanna charge me 160 to take the tint off and 165 to retint and the owner thinks i'm fabricating the whole story about a squeaking window. The customer is never right in this establishment.

If I could rate a NEGATIVE 5 star, I would. They tinted my car windows so poorly it was unbelievable. They put permanent bubbles in my tint that never sealed up, left hairs and trash under the tint, cut crooked lines, broke my rear window defroster in two spots, and left old nasty greenish brown liquid dripped all down the outside of my bumper all over my freshly painted car.....and not to mention they left that nasty liquid dripped all down the black panelling and leather doors on the inside of my car.
