Regency is currently repairing and painting the exterior of some of the buildings in our complex. Many of the buildings in this complex had rotting wood on the exterior walls and balconies and I applaud the property management company for addressing this issue. However, Regency General Contractors are doing really shoddy work. Instead of replacing wood that is rotting, they are simply covering it up with new wood. Even structural members that are rotting are simply being covered up. See the photos below.
