In-house custom architectural design, drafting and certification of Sweetwater model home plans at no additional charge. Concrete pads for pedestrian doors and air conditioner, including underground garbage cans at garage. Masonry block construction with steel reinforced concrete filled cells maximum spacing not greater than 6'-0 apart and at all corners and openings.

I did not know until the day it was installed but my home needed a sump pump. It was built a few inches to low. Handicapped accessible home and one room was not built to those specs. Always an excuse. Subs constantly complained that they were being nickel and dimed by the owners so some of the work was B quality. It took 6 months to come back and finish deck etc etc etc

I have recently purchased a lot in Sugarmill Woods.
I found the lot on my own, and Nelson from Sweetwater Homes took the time to personally examine the lot, making sure we could eventually build our dream home on it without any issues...
I live in South Florida and visit Homosassa monthly to visit my in-laws, Nelson and his team truly make me feel welcome and like family.
They know I will not be building immediately, as I have a few more years to retirement, but they still call from time to time to check on us and see how we are doing.
Their home designs are top notch, and the costs are unbelievably

Sweetwater did an outstanding job on our custom home on the Homosassa River. The materials and workmanship were high quality and their staff was professional and attentive. Their pricing was very competitive by reason of their high volume and lower purchasing and construction costs. I would highly recommend them.

We love our beautiful Grand Westwind home! We were very happy with the building process and found Sweetwater to be quick to respond with any concerns or questions we had. From the time we walked into the sales office all the way through the closing, everyone we dealt with was helpful and professional. My recent home building experience with Sweetwater Homes was very positive. The quality of the construction overall exceeded my expectations. The finish work is top notch, especially the trim work and painting. I was on site almost every day and any issues or concerns that I found were addressed quickly. Building a home is not without its challenges as I have learned through past experiences, but I would not hesitate to build again with Sweetwater Homes. Definitely recommend this company as the one to use in Citrus County.
