Needed to send off a DHL package, the gentleman was very accommodating and polite. I needed to print two of each label and I only printed one. Computer fee was $3 the total with five sheets printed came to $3.85. Business was clean and just a great experience!
Free parking by business which is nice if you are driving but the location is also near the belt line.

I've had my mailbox here for almost 7 years through three owners, and it's never gone downhill. They do a great job taking care of my mail and getting it to me in my new location. It's been really nice having a static address all these years that's an actual physical address I can use for business. I also appreciate how well they've taken care of me as a customer all this time even through ownership changes.

Convenient Location and Friendly Service
I have been here a couple times now to drop off various items for return and the service was above and beyond. I wanted to give this place a shot since I live in Inman Park, and was pleasantly surprised by how easy the process was. I cannot speak to the other services, but I will definitely be using this as my go-to shipping location from now on.

Look at the past reviews, they are all fairly old. This location is under new ownership than when I had previously visited a couple years ago. I can see why this business has glowing reviews because I did like the previous owner, he seemed like a fair and good guy, someone you'd want to do business with. The two separate occasions I have met the new owner, he was not very helpful. I wanted to get along with him, I really did. The new owner tries to upcharge every pick-up with AnytimeMailbox and also is fairly rude. The one employee I met was helpful and friendly, but the owner has an attitude problem

GUYS.. Intown business center is the jam. They have amazing customer service, they can always help our business out in a pinch when we need things printed quickly AND let me tell you they always come in at least half of the price of their competitors (like fedex or kinkos) why would you go anywhere else??
