Supreme Finish is the only detailing shop in the triangle area that I will take my vehicles to. I purchased a brand new 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT back in October and was wanting to have it ceramic coated to protect the paint as soon as possible. Kentrell thoroughly explained all the packages he offered and made me an appointment right then and there. The whole ceramic coating process took about 48 hours but the car looked better than I could have imagined and gets endless compliments on the mirror-like finish. Wow doesn't say enough! I just had my mustang convertible detailed here. It has never looked this good! If you want your car to look immaculate and like new, take it here. I waited in the office/waiting room which was very comfortable. I talked with the owner for awhile and had even more respect for the business and the sincerity he has for his business. Got my son his first car and was looking for a place to get it detailed. Came across Supreme and they had great reviews. Needed an interior detail and shampoo since previous owner of car smoked. Kentrell was great. He helped us pick a good option for what we needed. Went to pick up the car the next day but was displeased with the work. Kentrell addressed my concern and was very accommodating and made things right. Great customer service and honest business!

I had a ceramic coating done by Kentrell and I am very happy with how it turned out. There were some minor paint issues that he was able to repair and the difference in the paint after the coating was done is mind-blowing.
Seriously, amazing. I can’t even get a decent picture of it because it’s like trying to take a picture of a mirror. It’s been several weeks now and it still shines like it’s fresh off the factory floor.
I am also impressed by the professionalism and care that is taken with my vehicle every time I bring it up to Supreme.

I made the mistake of assuming this was a mobile detailing shop, so once I got a phone call telling me this was not the case, all was well!

I am very impressed with the results after having my Mustang Ceramic Coated. The paint has a prestige finish that caught my eye from the parking lot. The paint is smooth and most importantly protected. Jackson took his time and delivered the results I was looking for. It had no swirls and blemishes from what I can see. He even put it under a light to show me the up close results. The price wasn't cheap but it was worth every penny and his customer service is phenomenal. I will definitely recommend Supreme Finish to someone who want a ceramic coating on their vehicle.

Edited: After an initial poor experience with the customer service and some scheduling issues, I left a negative review. The owner got in touch with me to make it right and got me scheduled to come out to my house for a complimentary wash and wax. The scheduling this time was a breeze! I got a confirmation email and they texted me when they were on their way and showed up within their estimated window. They went above and beyond my expectations with the service. Supreme Finish did an amazing job on detailing my car!!! They spent hours cleaning the inside and outside of my Honda. Shampoo, full detail and buff/wax. I was able to get my shopping done while they worked and come back to a car that looked so good, I wasn't even sure it was mine! Truly, that car never looked so good!!! Jackson did a phenomenal job on my boyfriend's Honda Civic! I made my boyfriend get his car detailed before our baby arrives. His car was filthy! From food stains, throw up stains (I know disgusting), to smoke odor. I mean the difference is night and day! No more smell, stains gone and every nook and cranny cleaned. It looks like a brand new car and I finally feel comfortable for our little girl to be taken home from the hospital in it. I couldn't be any happier with the outcome as well as the customer service. I had my car detailed after a break-in. Mr. Jackson did an excellent job! He came to my house and spent hours (yes hours!) working on the interior detailing of my vehicle. He was able to clean out all the glass (quite a feat since there was glass everywhere) and even cleaned out my kids carseats. I was really impressed - he was so detailed and my car has never looked better! Highly recommend!
