This is a great company to do business with. Everything from picking out the countertops to the installation. My Salesperson was Lacey. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel very welcomed and explained everything from start to finish. She gave me many options along with pricing for each. They would make an appointment and show up promptly. My countertops are absolutely beautiful! I was extremely impressed with the customer service as well as the installation. I would recommend this company to everyone. Thanks to everyone involved. I know I will love these countertops for years to come!

Cabinet express was amazing to work with! They were handed a situation when the Nashville tornado hit, and were so professional and fast to help us navigate getting countertops into our kitchen. Carlos and Clem did a fantastic job installing the granite- it looks flawless and they were professional! Lacey was so nice to work with in the office as well. I had a minor hinge replacement problem with a kitchen cabinet door. This model was discontinued The sales tried to locate a field assistant to determine if he might have a spare. The next day a technician called, said he could be at my house in 10 minutes to evaluate. He could not fix or replace but adjusted the door to make it functional. No charge. It has been 3months and the cabinet is still operative. This was over the top customer service on a small issue for no charge. Very highly rated for any cabinet need. Refreshing to see such service.

Update: I only gave one star to my previous review due to my aggravation over the length of time it was taking for my counter tops to arrive after measurements were taken (5 weeks at that point) and receiving very little help from the reps answering my weekly calls. However, once I was able to speak directly with Lacey and she took control of the situation, my counters arrived and were installed two weeks later. Although the shop's fabricators somehow forgot to cut out the area for the cooktop, the installers were able to do that on site and the installation, itself, went smoothly. The counters

Purchased quartz countertops & sinks from cabinet express last month. They were a little slow to sent someone to measure, but did arrive within the appointment window. Fabrication was also a little slow to complete. Installation was scheduled & installers arrived early in the appointment window. The two installers were very professional and removed the existing countertops and completed the install in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the quartz & the installation.

The absolute worse in keeping you posted about what is going on and will take months! Have to call them every week to keep the process moving and call various times during the day to finally reach the right person! They will not call you back. The week of 4th of July the cabinets were in (thankfully by another company) and granite was already cut and ready to install. Took 2 weeks to get a template. Then a week for someone to look at it. Then a week of calling to talk to someone who could tell me abou it. It is August 3rd now and still haven't heard about an install date. Just frustrating

This has by far been our worst experience to date with our remodel. Cabinets were delivered over two weeks ago. Installed the next two days, but were not finished. No one has been back to finish them. We've been told that they have to get us on their schedule. What?! We were already on your schedule. We have garbage everywhere that was left, the vent hood insert wasn't even ordered, and electrical cannot be finished until cabinets are finished. I have all new appliances being delivered in two days, and they will not be able to hooked up.

I had previously posted a less than raving review about this company, but since then I have discovered that it is not the fault of this company, but the problems have been because of my General Contractor. heI recently spoke with the owner of this company, and he has explained the situation to me, and is doing everything he can to help me. The cabinets are beautiful, and the type of cut for my granite has brought several compliments.
