Tucker Pendleton could not have been more helpful. I had a problem that needed solving, and he was right there with an enthusiastic willingness to stay late if necessary, and he left that choice to me. Who does that? Staying late wasn't necessary, but the next morning the issue was resolved. Michael DeCarlo is very lucky to have someone like this on his staff. It's the kind of above-and-beyond kindness that the world needs more of.

I have worked with Ashleigh Cole over the past year for my auto insurance and she is just amazing!! She is so prompt to respond, super friendly and kind, and explains everything in a way that I can understand it easily (even though I didn't know much about car insurance when I started working with her)! She was always thorough and thoughtful in her emails and answers my questions at lightning speed. I never thought it would be possible to have such an amazing insurance agent! Ashleigh Cole contacted me after I used the the quote tool on their website to build a quote for renter's insurance to compare to other insurance companies. she was amazing! Not only was she personable, professional and patient but she was able to answer my 50-billion questions in detail with ease.
I was able to get everything I wanted at a very affordable monthly premium and she was able to organize things so that my policy will start in May when I move in and the information was all sent to me after a quick phone call for payment so that I will be able to fulfill my new property management company

I was referred to Mike DeCarlo and his team by a friend. They are wonderful!!! I worked with Ashleigh on 2 policies. The process was hassell free and seamless. She was took the time to explain everything and was efficient getting the policies completed. I have worked with other companies in the past and the service was not even comparable to the excellent customer service Mike and his team provide.

Had at great experience meeting Mike and his team. Everyone was welcoming, asking if I'd like a drink or needed anything and took the time to get to know me and my family. I value that a lot today with how transactional a lot of companies are these days. Heard that Mike's office go above and beyond and it was definitely the case in my experience. I asked to renew my renter's insurance at a new address. Marc Etkin renewed it at my old address instead and inexplicably could not figure out how to transfer the policy to my new address. He repeatedly claimed that I was covered at my new address -- "I can see the policy on my computer, but I can't seem to access it in the database," he said -- despite the fact that State Farm sent me multiple cancellation notices and refunded my premium, and despite his inability to provide me with a policy letter. I've worked with Michael and his office for the past 2 years and have just had a great experience from the beginning. This year his team helped change my renter's insurance over to a new home owner's policy combined with auto insurance. After having a good experience with Michael's office on my auto and renters policy for the last 6 years, it has been very frustrating working with this same office to get a homeowners insurance policy. On multiple occasions I was told I would get a call back and never did, was told about forms they would send me that never came through. It has been incredibly tedious to move this policy along. The customer service here is outstanding. My husband and I recently moved from Denver where we also had State Farm Insurance. Jamie made the transfer very easy for us. I moved to Philadelphia about 2 years ago and looked around for a while for the best possible agent. Michael is amazing and we've spoken on the phone a number of times over the past few years. Not only does he always get in touch with me personally within 24 hours of my phone call, but he's gone above and beyond.
