Dr. Pawar is a double board certified Facial Plastic & Reconstructive surgeon and Otolaryngologist - Head and Neck surgeon. He is a Milwaukee-area native and earned his bachelors degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business and his MD from the Medical College of Wisconsin.
He completed his residency training in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin before completing a fellowship in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon.Throughout his training at the Medical College of Wisconsin, Dr. Pawar held numerous leadership positions and was the recipient of numerous leadership and teaching awards.

I have struggled to breathe out of my nose for the last several years due to a deviated septum. This past February I had a medical septoplasty with Dr. Sachin Pawar. Since I was already undergoing anesthesia in order to have a major medical surgery, I decided to have a cosmetic rhinoplasty at the same time. Following the surgery, I went through a long and uncomfortable healing process which necessitated I take time off work. I also payed thousands of dollars to cover costs that my insurance did not. As I began to recover post-op, I was dismayed to realize that my breathing had not improved at all

Dr. Pawar recently performed a reconstructive surgery on my 16 year old daughter. I can not say enough good things about him and his staff. He has been so caring towards my daughter through out the entire process, he is highly professional, and is a skilled surgeon. We are extremely happy with her results after her final surgery, and are so grateful we were referred to Dr. Pawar!

Dr. Pawar is a highly skilled surgeon and also a very caring doctor. He describes everything that will happen and takes time to listen. My results are amazing! I was nervous about my decision initially but am very pleased with this experience. The septum in my nose was shaped like an S, Dr. Pawar fixed this and I can now breathe again! You're in excellent care with Dr. Pawar and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Pawar, is an exceptional doctor, an expert in his field, and a wonderful person. He did the plastic surgery on my right cheek after I had surgery for Melanoma.
He was always available to me for questions via e-mail or My Chart. He answered me promptly late one Friday night when I asked him about a possible infection, and he had me come in immediately the next week to make sure I was OK.
I had no pain during the surgery nor during the post operative period. I was awake during the lengthy procedure. I could hear him discussing my surgery with his assistant which helped me know I was in skilled

Dr. Pawar did an amazing job on fixing my son's broken nose. He is professional, thorough and so gifted at what he does. From the initial consult to the day of the surgery, everything went as planned. He listened to our concerns and explained everything so well. Dr. Pawar is a gifted surgeon! I had a basal cell cancer removed from my nose and he was able to repair it with a skin graft. I had a great deal of apprehension about the procedure because of its location. Dr. Pawar was honest and detailed in his explanations of my options. He was patient and kind when responding to my questions and concerns, always giving me as much time as I needed. Dr. Pawar followed up on my progress with personal phone calls. Brilliant, surgically gifted, awesome bedside manner, and genuine concern for his patient..that's Dr. Pawar!

Dr Sachin S. Pawar M.D. Is THE Best !! Today is the first time in 40 years that I have been able to breathe out of my nose ! Dr. Pawar performed a Septoplasty for my severly deviated septum last week. I feel so blessed to have found him and his incredible team. Dr. Pawar was very polite, and is easy going and is uber knowledgeable in his profession. His bedside manner before and after surgery made me feel at ease.
